Eta Carinae (NGC 3372) - Carina.
A giant (larger than M42) diffuse nebulae which lies at about 9000 light years. The 'keyhole' is a dark notch silhouetting the brighter background near the nova-like variable star Eta Carinae (which reached mag -1 in an 1843 outburst). Many star clusters also lie in the field of this giant stellar birth place.
